Morong, Bataan-
The Department of Information and Communications Technology - Luzon Cluster 2 through its Provincial Office of Bataan (DICT-Bataan) provided computer equipment to the Local Government Unit of Morong, Bataan to launch the first Tech4ED Center in the municipality- the Morong Tech4Ed Center. The donated laptop units will be placed in the ALS Center which will be used for the upcoming series of trainings on digital literacy, advance skills training and online freelancing. Meanwhile, DICT’s Free Wifi for all Project was also officially launched which provides free internet access at the Morong Plaza, Town Hall, Town Plaza and the Rural Health Unit.
The convergence of DICT’s flagship programs is aimed at providing digital access in the community, connecting people, and providing digital opportunities for all.
